These were so good I had to share.

"The wound is the place where the Light enters you."

- Rumi

"We are healed of a suffering only by experiencing it to the full."

- Marcel Proust

"As my sufferings mounted I soon realized that there were two ways in which I could respond to my situation – either to react with bitterness or seek to transform the suffering into a creative force. I decided to follow the latter course."

- Martin Luther King Jr.

Hello everyone:  It's been a while.  Hope you don't mind my sharing again.

I just had to share these as they touched me deeply reading them this morning.

Respond with your thoughts if you like.

Have a most wonderful day.

Good Morning I Hope this note finds you well.

...that it is okay to be at a place of struggle.

Struggle is just another word for growth.

Even the most evolved beings find themselves in a place

of struggle now and then. In fact, struggle is a sure sign

to them that they are expanding; it is their indication of

real and important progress.

The only one who doesn't struggle is the one who

doesn't grow. So if you are struggling right now, see it as

a terrific sign -- and celebrate your struggle.

Over the last couple of years your struggle has been the growing pains of becoming who you were meant to be.  I know the feeling of your world stretching is as painful as if it were your skin.  Each time you retract allowing relief you've stopped the growth.  Lean in, push, take comfort from looking back 24 months and seeing what you possess now, who you are, how you've grown / changed allowing that to be your relief while you lean in, stretch, grow, people, creation are waiting for you to become that needed for the next creation that will trigger their growth exampled by you.
